Jim Sanner is the founder and owner of Sanner & Associates. Prior to starting Sanner & Associates, he operated skilled nursing facilities and also has served in various multi-facility operational roles.
During his 30 years in the profession he has seen many positive changes in the industry but realizes that the need for qualified and motivated executives never changes. With that in mind he decided to start a firm that would partner with candidates and clients to place the right executive with the right organization.
In addition to providing individual and customized executive searches, Sanner and Associates also provides other consulting services, including; interim management, mystery shopping for marketing opportunities, evaluation of recruitment and retention programs, marketing program analysis and others.
